SIZING
All sizing information can be found on the product description page. Note that all our fit True to Size i.e. products feel neither loose nor tight when worn by a person of the corresponding size.
ORDERING
Order Status can be checked by logging into ‘My Account’ page on the top right corner. Note that we send a confirmation email as soon as an order is placed with all necessary information.
Please use the provided tracking number to check the delivery status of your order. If an order is shown as ‘delivered’ but you have not received it, contact our customer service as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help.
PAYMENT AND BILLING
BornTough accept all major credit cards, such as American Express, Discovery, Master Card, Visa, Pay Pal Etc.
All customers will receive an invoice to the email address provided within 10 minutes the order was placed. Also, customers can access any order placed with Born Tough by simply logging into the “My Account" section. If you log in to your customer account and view your order history, you will be able to check and print all orders you have made with us. If you need any assistance accessing your account, please email our Customer Support Department.

SHIPPING
To avoid fraudulent charges the order will be shipped to the shipping address specified on the invoice only. Please double check the shipping address you provided.
We email tracking number for all orders placed as soon as they're shipped. Please use the provided tracking number to track your shipment.
Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order. Once processed and picked up, orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days. If an order takes longer or is not received.
If you did not order our product but receive a package, contact us via phone 1 (844) 245-8851 or email: (support@borntough.com) so we can provide you with a return label to return the shipment free of cost. Please do not open or damage the package.
To avoid fraudulent orders, we do not ship to P.O. box & APO addresses.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We hold our customers’ privacy in the highest regard. We do not share our customer information with any 3rd party whatsoever. All your information will only be used for communication and order placement purposes.

WARRANTY
Yes, all Born Tough products come with a one-year replacement warranty. Please check the warranty section for more information.

RETURNS
You may return for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. However, we expect that the returned products are unwashed, unused and undamaged. You can find more information regarding the return policy in the Returns & Exchange Section .
